Making great wines is fun, easy, and affordable.

1. Choose your favourite wine variety.

It all starts with choosing the type and quality level of wine you want to make. Wine varieties can vary from light, refreshing, fruit flavoured wines for easy sipping to vineyard specific products from around the world. Your wine consultants will assist in helping select the wine most suited to your taste.

2. Starting your wine.

You will start by mixing the grape concentrate into a large vessel, then by sprinkling yeast into the mixture you activate the fermentation process. This only takes 5 to 10 minutes.

3. Processing your wine.

Our trained, certified staff will take care of your wine until it is finished, that includes handling all the processing steps such as stabilizing, clarifying, and filtering to get it ready for bottling.

4. Bottling your wine.

After 4 to 6 weeks you will return to bottle and cork your wine. Table wines make about 30 x 750ml bottles. This process can be completed in less than 30 minutes. You may either use recycled bottles or purchase new ones from us.

5. Presentation.

Labels and shrink capsules are available and give your wine a finishing touch. You can even personalize the labels for specific occasions and events.

6. Aging.

Aging is important for some wines to bring out the best flavour and aromas. We recommend you to leave your wines under room temperature for at least 3 weeks before serving.

7. Enjoy!
